The element (10) has a metal sheet (14) placed between upright lines (131, 132) of a metal framework and attached with uprights (12) of the lines. The lines are approximately parallel and directed along longitudinal direction of the element, where one of the uprights of one of the lines is shifted relative to the other upright of the other line along the longitudinal direction. The metal sheet is fixed on an interior face (15) of the uprights, and is a plane sheet whose thickness ranges between 0.5 and 0.7 mm and made of galvanized steel.
