摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silicon oxide-carbon composite for a negative active material of a lithium secondary battery. The method for manufacturing a silicon oxide-carbon composite for the negative active material of the lithium secondary battery, includes the steps of: manufacturing a silicon oxide gel by reducing a silicon oxide precursor through a sol-gel method (S1); manufacturing a mixture solution by mixing the silicon oxide gel obtained through step S1 and a polymer solution in which a polymer material is dissolved in a solvent (S2); manufacturing a one-dimensional composite by electrospinning the mixture solution (S3); and heat-treating the composite (S4). In accordance with the method for manufacturing a silicon oxide-carbon composite for the negative active material of the lithium secondary battery of the present invention, a volume expansion may be reduced through controlling an oxidation number of silicon by the heat treatment and making a composite of silicon and carbon when a lithium ion is introduced, and the ionic conductivity and electronic conductivity may be improved, so that a high capacity can be continuously maintained. Furthermore, the capacity and life cycle can be appropriately controlled through controlling of the oxidation number of the silicon oxide according to a change of the manufacturing process condition.
