The present invention relates to an LED lighting device, and more specifically, to an LED lighting device using an LED device. The LED lighting device comprises: an LED module including an LED substrate to which an LED device is coupled and a heat radiation member which is coupled to the rear face of the LED substrate to radiate heat generated by the LED device; a reflector module which has an opening through which the LED device is exposed and a reflecting surface formed in the inner circumference, and which is coupled with the LED module; and a base unit which is coupled to a structure in which the LED lighting device is installed and has a rectangular shape with an open top and bottom, and with which the reflector module coupled with the LED module is coupled to be able to rotate in x-axis and y-axis directions via a coupling module while being exposed downwards through the open bottom.
