The present invention relates to a surface finishing method of a bathroom cabinet. The surface finishing method of a bathroom cabinet according to the present invention includes: a preparing step of preparing a body, which is formed by coupling MDF panels to each other, has partitioned spaces in which objects can be stored, and has opened upper and lower sides; a heating step of mounting a cut sheet on the upper side of the prepared body and heating the sheet; a vacuum-suction step of covering the inner surface of the body with the sheet by vacuum-sucking the heated sheet from the upper side of the body to the lower side of the body using a vacuum-suction machine positioned on the lower side of the body; a lower side sealing step of sealing the opened lower side of the body by coupling the MDF panel to the lower side of the body covered with the sheet; a sticking step of sticking the sheet covered on the inner surface of the body to the body by pressing the body using a body molding frame positioned on the upper side of the body of which the lower side is sealed; and a finishing step of cutting out the unnecessary parts of the sheet from the body to which the sheet is stuck. According to the present invention, the completeness of a finished bathroom cabinet can be improved by integrally finishing the edge parts of the inner surface of the bathroom cabinet, which is completed by coupling MDF panels to each other after vacuum-sucking the sheet; the manufacturing efficiency of the bathroom can be improved because separate finishing processes for the MDF panels are unnecessary; and an extra painting process for preventing the penetration of water is unnecessary.
