The present invention improves a conventional insomnia therapeutic apparatus by attaching a small LED lamp emitting blue light, which is proven to have psychological, physiological, and medical effects, on an upper portion of an eyeglass frame to automatically and periodically emit light, thereby easily inducing sleep, and by setting the emitting period with time intervals effective in treating insomnia, the present invention is configured to control the intensity of emitted light from strong light to weak light. The amount of current applied to a light generating unit (1-2) in a controller is controlled by a pulse width modulation method and light can be continuously and repeatedly emitted after the period is completed. Also, once a certain number of periods have been completed, power is completely shut off, thereby preventing unnecessary power consumption. |
