<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic reinforcing internal structure of damaged hair, suppressing split hair and cut hair and excellent in low temperature stability. <P>SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises (A) a plant oil liquid at room temperature, (B) s hydrocarbon, (C) a silicone oil and (D) a nonionic surfactant, wherein the content of the (A) component is 30-90 mass% in the hair cosmetic and the mass ratio represented by [(A)+(C)]/(D) is 20-200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
