<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a drug delivery system that solves conventional technical problems and can be readily put into practice. <P>SOLUTION: The medicine having magnetism is obtained by converting an -NH<SB>2</SB>group in a compound bearing the -NH<SB>2</SB>group in its side chain into a stable radical comprising NO* (NO radical).
