PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception device to be installed in a restaurant for supporting customer service by inputting customer guidance information and menu order information, capable of performing collective order management for one group composed of a plurality of customers even when they are separately seated at two or more tables, without managing orders or preparing a bill for each table. SOLUTION: The order reception device includes seat specification means for specifying seat information associated with a seat key operated each time the seat key is operated, group information giving means for giving a unique group information for each of predetermined groups, association means for associating the seat information specified by the seat specification means with the group information given by the group information giving means and seat information transmission means for transmitting the seat information and the group information associated with each other by the association means to an external device.
