Activity mat made up of hinged rigid panels, and method for manufacturing such a mat

The mattress (10) has a set of rigid panels (12, 14) articulated with respect to each other by flexible articulations (16). Fastening elements (20, 22) place the mattress in configurations, where one of the articulations is without seam. The panels include foam plates comprising large faces opposite to each other and upper and lower fabric sheets affixed with the large faces. The foam plates and the fabric sheets are adhered to each other for one of the rigid panels. A foam material bridge connects the foam plates to each other and extends in seamless articulation. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an awakening and activity mattress.
