PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference when an adjacent base station uses the same frequency band.SOLUTION: A priority band of each base station is mutually different frequency band. A base station comprises: means for identifying an adjacent base station which interferes with communication of the base station in the case that the adjacent base station adjacent to the base station uses the same frequency band at the same time as communication of the base station when the base station communicates with a terminal station under the base station; means for requesting transmission stop at all or part of the priority band or reduction of transmission power from the base station to the interfering adjacent base station; means for communicating with the terminal station under the base station at the priority band about which it requests transmission stop or reduction of transmission power to the interfering adjacent base station, and at a frequency band and a time zone other than the band and time zone requested transmission stop or reduction of transmission power from the adjacent base station; and means for selecting a time zone when the base station communicates with the terminal station according to a reception state of a signal between the base station and the terminal station under the base station by dividing the frame structure into multiple time zones. |
