The present invention relates to a toothbrush head structure capable of being deformed to correspond to the curvature of teeth and oral cavity and a toothbrush with the same. A toothbrush head according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of bristle blocks which have bristles and are spaced from each other, a head frame which surrounds the outer surface of the bristle blocks while being spaced from the bristle blocks, connecting members which connect the bristle blocks to the head frame or connect the adjacent bristle blocks, and elastic fillers which fill spaces divided by the outer peripheral surface of the bristle blocks and the inner peripheral surface of the head frame.
