<p>According to the present invention, an inorganic insulation film including nitrogen is used on a layer contacting with a seal material. The inorganic insulation film including nitrogen is highly adhesive to a seal material and has a strong blocking effect on hydrogen or water. The seal material is provided to outside of a side of an end of an organic insulation film provided on a transistor or the inorganic insulation film including nitrogen covers from an outer area of the organic insulation film to the side and to a front face of the end of the organic insulation film. Thereby, the present invention realizes a highly reliable display device which prevents hydrogen or water, existing outside of the display device, from being mixed into an oxide conductor included in the transistor.</p> |
