A storage apparatus 2 comprises a substrate 4 having a plurality of perpendicularly extending holding elements 6 located on a surface 12 of the substrate 4. The holding elements each comprise a body 24 with a number of grip members 36 arranged around and extending there from. A retaining cap 8 is further located at one end 28 of each holding member 6. The holding members may be regularly or irregularly spaced on the substrate. The grip members are preferably formed from a resiliently deformable material and may extend radially from their respective holding members in a number of configurations. In use, articles to be stored are located in the regions defined therebetween adjacent holding elements and securely held in place by the engagement of one or more grip members on the articles to be stored. |
