PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical holding device horizontally stretching a medical appliance without being affected by surrounding environment.SOLUTION: This medical holding device includes: an arm 14 capable of vertically and horizontally moving a holding part 16 holding the medical appliance 8; displacement members displaced to positions corresponding to the movement position of the holding part 16; loading devices 58, 60 provided such that the loading devices 58, 60 cannot horizontally move and can vertically move, and forming vertically downward force; and a horizontal guide 52a receiving the displacement members to horizontally guide the displacement members. The displacement members are connected by the horizontal guide 52a such that the displacement members can horizontally move relatively to the loading devices 58, 60 and can vertically move together with the loading devices 58, 60, move to the horizontal positions corresponding to the movement position of the holding part 16 in the horizontal guide 52a, change the angular moments of the displacement members guided by the horizontal guide 52a according to the movement, and maintain an equilibrium state between the medical appliance 8 held by the holding part 16 and the loading devices 58, 60. |
