<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction processing apparatus, a fraudulent evaluation determination method, and a fraudulent evaluation determination processing program by which behaviors suspected as fraudulent evaluation are matched to a user ID of an auctioneer and are accumulated to efficiently reduce fraudulent evaluation even when the fraudulent evaluation is conducted. <P>SOLUTION: In a commercial transaction, it is determined whether an evaluation period is shorter than a delivery period or not.
