The purpose of the present invention is to provide a functional partition capable of performing the conventional purpose of a partition for partitioning an office area, and also making the adjacent office area easily accessible, allowing efficient ventilation in the office area, and being used as a shelf on which office supplies, a vase, or others can be placed in a horizontal position. The partition (10) of the present invention comprises a panel (20) and a frame (30) forming a periphery of the panel (20). The panel (20) includes: a fixing panel (21) fixed and installed on the frame (30); and a rotating panel (23) having both ends connected to the frame (30) by a hinge (H) so as to rotate. At least one hinge (H) of both hinges (H) of the rotating panel (23) includes a locking means (100) which fixes the vertical location of the rotation panel (23) so as to be parallel to the fixing panel (21) or fixes the horizontal location of the rotating panel (23) so as to be perpendicular to the fixing panel (21). |
