Disclosed is an upper pipeline structure of a cabinet for a steam convention oven. According to the present invention, a steam convention oven comprises: a main body part having a cooking chamber; a door; a manipulating part; a hear source part supplying heat and steam into the cooking chamber of the main body part; and a washing part washing the cooking chamber and the heat source part. The washing part (40) has one common pipeline (41) for supplying detergent, rinse, or washing water from a supply station to the heat source part (10), wherein the supply station supplies an agent required for washing. The common pipeline (41) is arranged from the supply station to the upper outside of the main body part (3), and washing nozzles (42, 42a) communicating with the common pipeline (41) respectively are installed at the upper sides of the cooking chamber (2) and the heat source part (10) so that the inside of each partitioned part can be washed. The common pipeline (41) includes a stress absorbing unit (50) positioned between the washing nozzle (42) for the cooking chamber (2) and the washing nozzle (42a) for the heat source part (10). Therefore, according to the present invention, a pipeline structure for washing a cooking chamber and a heat source part can be compact; the cooking chamber and the heat source part can be smoothly washed through the compact pipeline structure; and a common pipeline can be safely protected by properly absorbing stress, which is generated by temperature variation between each partitioned part while the cooking chamber and the heat source part are washed. |
