<p>Provided is a radiation detecting panel capable of outputting a signal for generating an accurate pixel signal without depending on the function of a converting unit. A structure in a detection circuit which outputs a signal which is used for the generation of a pixel signal provides (1) a first output circuit which outputs a signal which is caused by an afterglow and (2) a second output circuit which outputs a signal which includes both a signal caused by a radiation and a signal caused by an afterglow. Moreover, a transistor which uses an oxide semiconductor material in a channel forming area is used in a part of a transistor which is included in the first output circuit and a part of a transistor which is included in the second output circuit. The radiation detecting panel which has the structure is able to sequentially output a first signal and a second signal from each detection circuit after maintaining a signal (the first signal or the second signal) in all output circuits because the signal (the first signal or the second signal) can be maintained in each output circuit.</p> |
