<p>The device has a data acquisition device for acquisition of data such as audio data and video data, from a database. A storage device stores the data. An input device e.g. control processor (10) and touch screen, is provided to input the data and/or instructions by a user and for displaying the data. The storage device has a data memory formed as a circular buffer (20) so that the data stored in the buffer are deleted or overwritten after a preset time period. A radio frequency identification system is provided for detecting a patient in an operating theater. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for performing medical intervention, comprising a controlling and monitoring device (2) a method for documentation of medical data.</p> |
