The present invention relates to a radio frequency filter with a cavity structure that includes a case which is hollow and has a cavity isolated from the outside, and a resonance element which is located in the hollow part of the case. In the case, a convex-concave structure is formed in a surface corresponding to the resonance element. Therefore, miniaturization and weight lightening can be realized. It is designed to perform frequency tuning without using the combination structure of a tuning screw and a fixing nut. Thereby, a simple structure can be obtained. |
