Mobile or non-mobile devices 7 that pair, synchronise, communicate with modem/router 1 via radio-frequencies and wireless communicating remote feature 4 are used as remote to turn off/on modem/router 1 or wifi 9 when required. Wired or wireless modems, routers or combination modem-routers 1, use radio frequency, wireless receiving, sending, linking, pairing and communicating technology 4, and allow to sync and pair wirelessly 8 by sending and receiving radio frequencies and wireless communicating signals. Remote control switch 6 is also paired with modem/router 1 via radio-frequency and communicating feature 4 and turns power on and off when required to the modem/router or wi-fi. The modem/router also includes: indicator 4.1, manually operated switch 5 to turn on/disable the remote feature, functions 2 to switch power on/off manually, and security feature (digit passkey). Also described is USB device attached to normal modem/router to control when turning modem/router or wi-fi on/off. |
