A curve soundproof facility according to the present invention relates to a soundproof facility using a flat panel which includes a support member formed with a plurality of H-beams fixed to a structure and a plurality of soundproof panel modules assembled in the support member. The soundproof panel module includes a transparent soundproof plate and a soundproof plate frame which is fixed to the soundproof plate and accommodates a frame unit of the soundproof plate. One end of the soundproof plate frame includes a first rotary support unit formed in a curve shape, and the other end of the soundproof plate frame includes a second rotary support unit which is in contact with the first rotary support unit to slide.
