The present invention relates to an outer race for a ball type constant velocity joint for a vehicle. The outer race promotes the lubrication of the inner surface of the outer race by forming a lubricating oil groove on the track groove of the outer race, thereby preventing an internal temperature rise. The outer race has a plurality of track grooves for moving balls fixed by an inner cage and an inner race, a guide surface which comes in contact with the cage between the track grooves, and a lubrication groove on the guide surface. |
