The present invention relates to an auto leveling apparatus for vehicle head lamps which maintains the auto leveling performance of a head lamp while reducing the amount of sensors. The present invention comprises: an output calculation unit which calculates an output value for leveling of head lamps based on information from the sensors and calculates a time constant from a differential value of the acceleration of a vehicle; an output control unit which adjusts the output value based on the differential value of the acceleration of the vehicle and controls the output based on the time constant; and a final output unit which outputs the output value, adjusted by the output control unit, through a leveling actuator of the head lamps.
