Organic form of potassium contained in concentrate is particularly suitable for stimulation of processes conditioning full-valued physiologically maturing of fruits. The nature of the potassium concentrates rests in that they contain potassium salt of at least one of carboxylic acids including formic acid HCOOH and /or acetic acid CH3COOH and /or propionic acid C2H5COOH. |
