Means for Solving the Problem: In the battery case packaging material for cold forming, in which a barrier layer and a sealant layer, or alternatively a base layer, a barrier layer, a barrier material reinforcing layer, and a sealant layer are laminated in order, the biaxially-stretched polybutylene terephthalate film is used as the base layer and/or the barrier material reinforcing layer.
