A body training machine is disclosed. The body training machine comprises: a body part (11); a first hook (12) bent from one end of the body part to the outside in a semicircle shape; a second hook (13) bent from the other end of the body part to the outside in a semicircle shape in the opposite direction to the first hook; a first protrusion part (14) combined to the end of the first hook; a second protrusion part (15) protruding from the end of the second hook; a first handle part (16) protruding in the outer direction from the first hook (12); and a second handle part (17) protruding in the outer direction from the second hook. The first and second hooks have different diameters from each other. |
