The present invention provides a method for drying a resin layer for fixing a support structure of a gas storage tank, wherein the resin layer is layered on an upper surface of an upper plate of a lower fixing unit for fixing a bottom support block for supporting a gas storage tank in a hull, comprising the steps of: arranging a heating pad on a bottom surface of the upper plate wherein the heating pad receives power source from the outside and gets heated; adhering and fixing the heating pad on the bottom surface of the upper plate; and supplying the power source for the heating pad and heating the upper plate. According to the method for drying the resin layer for fixing the support structure of the gas storage tank, the resin layer positioned between a bottom support block and the upper plate of the lower fixing unit heats the upper plate by supplying the power source for the heating pad and making the heating pad generate a heat while adhering and fixing the heating pad at the bottom of the upper plate, so heat transfer efficiency with respect to the resin layer may be enhanced and accordingly drying time for the resin layer may be reduced.
