The present invention relates to a vehicular heat pump system, and, more specifically, to a vehicular heat pump system which is to perform all the functions (modes) thereof through the refrigerant control of a complex valve device; and is to simplify refrigerant circulation lines (pipes) depending on the integration of various components with functions into the single complex valve device so that the heat pump system can be formed to be compact, the space of a narrow vehicular engine room can be secured, and the weight of the heat pump system can be reduced, wherein the heat pump system comprises: an expansion valve part having an expansion flow path which is formed on the refrigerant circulation line at the inlet of an evaporator and is to expand a refrigerant supplied to the evaporator; and the complex valve device integrally having an on-off valve part which turns on and off the flow of the refrigerant passing through the expansion flow path, and having a notch part which is formed on the expansion flow path and is to maintain the flow of the refrigerant.
