The present invention provides a monomolecular organic semiconductor compound, a method of manufacturing the same, and an organic semiconductor using the same. The monomolecular organic semiconductor compound has high optical stability and charge mobility, and a side branch so that the solubility thereof is high, and is thus useful in a process based solution. Therefore, an organic semiconductor device containing the monomolecular organic semiconductor compound has high efficiency.
