Liquid formulation comprising
a) an alpha2 adrenoreceptor agonist eg. clonidine, brimonidine, monoxidine, lofexidine;
b) oxybutynin; and
c) excipients. The liquid formulation is useful for the treatment of siaiorrhoea.
