The present invention relates to a cosmetic apparatus for an eye rim, which is worn by hanging on the ears of a user, and includes: a first hanging member that is formed to correspond to a facial curvature of the user; a second hanging member that supports both ends of the first hanging member and is worn on the ears of the user; and a pad that is coupled to the first hanging member and supports a skin under the eyes of the user to prevent the skin from sagging due to sagging of a fat bag under the eyes. |
