Provided are a display device using a semiconductor light emitting device and a method of fabricating the same. The display device using a semiconductor light emitting device includes a substrate, first electrodes which are located on the substrate, semiconductor light emitting devices which comprise an anisotropy conductivity film layer which is arranged on the substrate, and individual pixels which are located on the anisotropy conductivity film layer and electrically connected to the first electrode, a second electrode which is located between the semiconductor light emitting devices and is electrically connected to the semiconductor light emitting device. Therefore, a semiconductor light emitting device array arrangement structure can be simplified by using an anisotropy conductivity film. Because the semiconductor light emitting device has excellent brightness, it is formed as an individual unit pixel so that a distance between the semiconductor light emitting devices can be enough increased. Thereby, a flexible display device can be realized. |
