Disclosed is a pitch control backup device of a wind power generation system using a battery booster. The pitch control backup device, which controls the operation of a motor adjusting the angle of blades of a wind generation system, includes: a batter booster which boosts the voltage of a battery; a motor-side inverter which controls the operation of the motor; and a direct current terminal capacitor which connects the batter booster and the motor-side inverter, and which stores the energy for operating the motor. When the motor-side inverter breaks down, the connection between the motor and the motor-side inverter can be disconnected, and the battery booster and the motor can be connected thereafter. |
