The present invention relates to human sweet receptors T1R2 and T1R3 in which transmembrane domains are deleted, and a method for the expression and the purification of the same. Through the method of the present invention, a user can express the human sweet receptors T1R2 and T1R3 after removing the transmembrane domains for easily expressing and purifying by the increase of water solubility of protein. The human sweet receptors T1R2 and T1R3 is favorable to crystal growth, and is expected to be extremely useful for the research of protein interaction with sweet-tasting protein and the investigation of signal transduction mechanism of sweet taste. |
