<p>A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to exclude the pollution problem of substrate by simplifying the manufacturing process. A manufacturing method of a thin film type solar battery comprises a formation process of unit front electrode(120), a formation process of unit semiconductor layer(140), and a formation process of unit back contact electrode(180). In order to form separated unit front electrodes into the fixed interval on the substrate(100), the formation process of the unit front electrode is performed. The formation process of the unit semiconductor layer is performed in order to form unit semiconductor layers on unit front electrodes. The unit semiconductor layers are formed in order to expose unit front electrodes. The formation process of the unit back contact electrode is performed in order to form unit back contact electrodes on unit semiconductor layers. The unit back contact electrodes are formed in order to contact with unit front electrodes through unit semiconductor layers. The thin film type solar battery is implemented by using the manufacturing method of the thin film type solar battery.</p> |
