PURPOSE: A reactor for manufacturing metal nanoparticles and a metal nanoparticle manufacturing device including the same are provided to form uniform irradiation domain of electronic beam inside the reactor, to increase transmittance of electronic beam and to uniformly stirring reactants. CONSTITUTION: A reactor (30) for manufacturing metal nanoparticles which uses electronic beam comprises a reaction container (31), an opening part (36), a transmission window (37), an agitator (41), and a driving source (51). The reaction container accommodates reactant. The opening part is equipped in one side of the wall of the reaction container. The transmission window covers the opening part. The transmission window comprises metal thin films or polymer material with a thickness of 1-10um which transmits electronic beam. The agitator is rotatably installed inside the container. The driving source provides rotary power to the agitator. The metal nanoparticle manufacturing device comprises an electron beam irradiator, a reactor for manufacturing metal nanoparticles which uses electronic beam and a power supply source. |
