According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adequacy and reliability of a speaking test can be increased through code information and data transmission of a wired/wireless communication network. For the purpose, more particularly, an embodiment of the present invention includes a communication terminal device for a remote speaking test which includes: a code information readout unit for scanning a question information code closely printed to one speaking test question text among speaking test questions; a question request information transmission unit for transmitting testee information and request information of speaking test question information for identifying a testee of a speaking test question to request the speaking test question information which corresponds to the speaking test question text based on the read code information; a question information output unit for receiving the speaking question information requested from the question information server and outputting question voice information or question visual information which correspond to the speaking test question text among the received speaking test question information; an answer voice information input unit for receiving answer voice information of the testee corresponding to the outputted question voice information or question visual information; a time limit count unit for counting the time limit of the question voice information based on input time limit information among the received speaking question information; a memory unit for storing the answer voice information inputted within the counted time limit; and an answer voice information transmission unit for transmitting answer voice information stored to evaluate the inputted answer voice information to a scoring server.
