<p>The present invention relates to a light-emitting hyperbranched conjugated polymer containing a benzothiadiazole derivative which is illuminated with various colors according to the composition ratio modulation of benzothiadiazole-based monomers. The light-emitting hyperbranched conjugated polymer is able to minimize undesirable energy transfer since the light-emitting hyperbranched conjugated polymer has a hyperbranched form. The light emitting diode is manufactured without a hole transfer layer since the light-emitting hyperbranched conjugated polymer is used as a light-emitting layer, and a hole carrier is included in a polymer main chain. The light-emitting diode implements single molecule white light emitting based on the minimization of energy transfer due to the structural characteristic of the hyperbranched form.
