A transmission antenna scheduling apparatus and a method for assigning a transmission antenna in which a channel condition is good by each user in a multiple antenna system are provided to allocate the priority of each user in consideration with the channel state of each user transmission antenna. A base station receives channel information of each user(302). The base station measures the channel gain value of each transmission antenna by each user(304). The base station normalizes the greatest channel gain value of channel gain value of each transmission antenna(306). The base station measures the dispersion of the transmission antenna(308). The base station measures the prioritization value of each user by using the transmission antenna channel gain value of each user and the dispersion of the transmission antenna. |
