The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescence compound and an organic electroluminescence device containing the same. The organic electroluminescence compound of the present invention reduces driving voltage of a device, and enables a user to produce an OLED device with improved power efficiency at the same time. The novel organic electroluminescence compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, L1 is substituted or non-substituted (C6-C30) arylene or substituted or non-substituted (5-30 atoms) heteroarylene.
