PURPOSE: An organic light emitting panel and a lighting device including the same are provided to remove an additional metal plate or a wire for forming a terminal by withdrawing and exposing two electrode layers comprising a light emitting device to form a connection unit. CONSTITUTION: An opening (11) is formed on the central part of a substrate (10). A light emitting device (12) includes a light emitting layer (14) between two electrode layers (13,15). An insulation cover (18) covers the light emitting device on the substrate. A first connection unit (16) is exposed through the opening.
