PURPOSE: A spool valve is provided to reduce production costs by enabling the convenient processing of a valve body and a chamber sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A spool valve comprises a valve body (1), a chamber sleeve (2), and a spool (3). The valve body is aluminium die-casted with a flow hole (1a) in the center and inlet holes (1b) which are processed after die-casting. The chamber sleeve is formed by processing a chamber (2a) on the outer surface thereof and by installing an O-ring on the outer surface thereof. The spool is inserted into the penetrated center of the chamber sleeve. When the chamber sleeve and the spool are thermally expanded or contracted, the chamber sleeve and the spool are expanded or contracted in the same direction. |
