A scroll compressor is provided to simplify a capacity varying device by forming a plurality of bypass holes for bypassing a part of refrigerant compressed in a compression room in a fixed scroll. A scroll compressor comprises a sealed container, a fixed scroll(50) and a rotary scroll(60). The fixed scroll is fixed inside the sealed container and has a spiral fixed wrap(51). In the fixed scroll, one or more bypass holes(54) connected from the inside of the compression room to the outside are formed. In outlet sides of the bypass holes, a middle-pressure chamber having the predetermined volume is formed. The rotary scroll is engaged with the fixed wrap to make the relative motion and forms a spiral rotary wrap(61) so as to make a pair of compression rooms. |
