The present invention relates to a jig for manufacturing a touch panel, comprising: a flat part; a mounting part for mounting a cell to be used as a substrate of the touch panel; a plurality of chucks arranged on the corner of the mounting part to help the positioning of the cell; a plurality of vacuum suction holes formed in the mounting part to help the vacuum suction of the cell; and a plurality of air discharge holes arranged around the edge of the mounting part to forcibly blow air toward the edge of the cell.
