PURPOSE: A primer for identifying fruit pest is provided to quickly and accurately detect Carposina niponensis larvae and to remove the fruit pest. CONSTITUTION: A primer for identifying fruit pest is denoted by sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. A primer set for identifying fruit pest contains a forward primer selected from the group consisting of primers of sequence numbers 1, 3, and 5, and a reverse primer selected from the group consisting of primers of sequence numbers 2, 4, and 6. A kit for identifying fruit pest contains the primer set.
