A drying and deodorization device is provided. The drying and deodorization device includes: a suction pipe having a predetermined length; a drying pipe located around the suction pipe; and a deodorization pipe communicating with the suction pipe and the drying pipe. Also, a hot-water bidet including the drying and deodorization device is provided.
