The present invention relates to a heating dryer structure for recycling waste asphalt. More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a heating dryer structure for recycling waste asphalt, wherein the structure includes a combustion unit, a dispersion unit, a stirring and crushing unit, and a discharge unit inside a rotary drum, smoothly transfers waste asphalt added to the inside of the rotary drum, and heats the waste asphalt to a semi-molten state during stirring and crushing processes. The heating dryer can smoothly transfer waste asphalt and can produce the waste asphalt of a complete semi-molten state by stirring and crushing the waste asphalt well in a waste asphalt heating process. |
