摘要 The present invention relates to an eco-friendly concrete structure capable of storing rain-water and reducing a strong wind pressure and a method for manufacturing the concrete structure and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly concrete structure capable of protecting various structures and fruit trees, a temporary building, a vehicle on a road, or a railroad facility and a harbor facility used in the farming and fishing villages when typhoon or strong wind is generated and storing rain-water and reducing a strong wind pressure and typhoon by recycling and manufacturing the waste concrete and waste steel bars into each hexagonal block to arrange the manufactured hexagonal blocks in two rows in the vertical and lateral directions. The present invention is formed by using waste concrete and which includes: a pair of hexagonal blocks (100) having multiple fixing grooves (100) on one surface and faced to be apart from each other at a predetermined distance; multiple connection bars (111) having both ends fixed to the fixing grooves of the hexagonal blocks (100); and a rain-water pack (200) arranged between the faced hexagonal blocks (100), having multiple circular or hook-shaped ring parts (210) coupled to the connection bars (111) in the corner, and storing rain-water therein.
