Described and illustrated is a method for configuring a field device (1). A purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for configuring a field device which allows the secure transfer of parameter values over a potentially unsafe data connection. The purpose is achieved in the method discussed herein, in which at least one parameter value of a field device (1)-dependent control value is determined to accordingly generate an output signal. The output signal is outputted as a current signal via the interface (2) of the field device (1). In addition, the present invention relates to a corresponding field device and a corresponding parameterization system. |
